We were on the market for new windows for our house and approached few vendors, both local and having wider presence. Although there were couple of vendors who came low, we went with Home-Windows due to various reasons.
We felt that being a local company, Home-Windows offered more value and it showed right from the start.
The sales team was approachable and patient enough to answer our questions, explaining the benefits of what we asked and what they offered, even going to the length of demonstrating some of the features.
We wanted the install to happen at the earliest and that is what happened, the installers came on time and started their work methodically, day 1 till the end. Cannot commend more about their professionalism and, yes, they were friendly and patient to answer our questions.
We would like to thank Philippa, Mike and the team of installers who did a great job in ensuring our big investment, since moving in to the house, is well utilized.
