I have been with this company for the last four years and it has been a disappointment from the beginning. From being oversold at my consultation. From buying bad product that 3 to 4 years later, they refunded me because the owner or the manager admitted it was a faulty product, and they were no longer carrying them because of the problems they had with them. From being in comfortable with their service technicians. They blamed me in the end and said that I was not happy and they were discontinuing my service and leaving me high and dry. I am left with faulty equipment and no monitoring and to boot. They wanted me to pay $245 for the last visit that the sensor is still not working and theyre telling me its MAYBE an environmental problem. Its taking me about a month to write this review because I did not want to be emotional. I just want it to be factual. Their last visit in my home wants to fix And it was not fixed. I had to call them back within a few weeks. I was not comfortable with the technician they sent and I asked them not to send him back. Sure enough they sent the same technician to fix the problem, and I refused him entry to my home. When someone tells you they are not comfortable in the presence of someone it should be taken seriously when I then brought it up when speaking with the general manager he said he never heard about it, of course he would say that. I told him look at your logs when I called in the office and said I will not let him in send someone else, which they never did.. I think that says it all about this company. -00000000 stars

We refunded you for the faulty video doorbells that presented issues after, in your own words, 3-4 years of use. We had to credit the refund against a significant past-due amount you still owed for alarm monitoring.
Regarding your concerns about our service technician, Deion, we want to assure you that he, along with our other technicians, undergoes thorough vetting, insurance validations, driver abstracts, background and police checks, and most even holds security clearances due to our engagements with various levels of government. We understand that comfort and trust are paramount. He was not the only technician you voiced concerns about. You had a "problem" with everyone you dealt with. Franky, being uncomfortable was mutual with every technician who interacted with you. No one likes to be spoken down to, yelled at, and dismissed, not our techs or office staff. As a result, most of our staff refused to deal with you any further.
Our objective is to provide a service that meets the needs of our valued customers, but we understand that our offering may not be the perfect fit for everyone.
