Home Depot - Hwy 7 E

The employee who serviced me was very knowledgable and showed a genuine willingness to help me in my efforts to pick a garage door opener. He was patient and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to purchase anything right away and he explained the various installation options. It was a welcome change from past customer service experiences at similar stores.

Just got the kitchen renovation by Home depot. Price is higher then many other companys but they have good quality and customer services. The kitchen cabinets set up took a little longer then assumed. Compare to ikea with 1/3 of the cost from Home depot. I will still prefer a better quality as it should last longer.

I needed to buy a new faucet from Home Depot. I was being helped by a very friendly employee. He was able to help me choose the right faucet for my project. Overall it was a great experience, very friendly person to work with.

This company is great for customer service.We where a little wary and wanted to install our own cabinets.Home Depot had someone come out and measure our cabinets and give us great suggestions and insperation.All around we where happy.

We have found with several painting projects that this particular store is far to busy and there are never enough paint associates. The quality of their product (BEHR) is excellent, however they really could use a few more associates in the paint department. When there are more than 5 people lined up the wait time is ridiculous. I have waited on occasion for well over 45 minutes. Other locations such as Newmarket and Aurora are far superior in their service.
