Met Joe Gerring( sales representative) at Home Show. Joe came to our home and spent time going over our needs. He was knowledgable, friendly and has a good sense of humor. A pleasure to work with. Joe always called us back when we left a message. Doors installed on time and we appreciate the work of the installers. Workmanship was very good. Price: comparable to others but the customer service was very good. We recommend this company.

I needed to replace old front door, side door and deteriorating wood trim on the outside of each. It really pays to wait and not rush into things. After several bad experiences with other companies, visiting showrooms and looking through numerous books for a glass design for the front door that was different, I found it at Home Decor. I knew at first glance and chose the "Impressions" design. Joe Gerring was my sales rep who was so pleasant and took as much time as needed. With his knowledge and expertise, we customized the glass for more privacy. I was a little hesitant ordering the glass design from a book and customizing it as opposed to actually seeing a sample but Home Decor provided a front door and sidelight entrance system that was beyond my expectations. It is stunningly beautiful right down to the elegant hinges, hardware and lit doorbell button. The compliments from people has been endless. Inside wood trim was originally ordered stained to match the rest of the house but when the wrong colour arrived, we decided painted white would look nicer to match the door. Without any hesitation the Order was changed on the spot to painted white wood trim with an end result being far superior making the whole door appearance breathtaking. However, white trim at the bottom of the door inside is not a good idea as it was scuffed black from shoes within 2 days. Also installed was a Mirage screen which is fabulous. However, the threshold is not level. The back portion is raised about 1/2 inch and the rail at the front approximately 3 inches with a gap in-between. Laid on top of the existing threshold, it is 12 inches wide with no where to stand so, you must step up and stride over 12 inches to get in and out of the house which is very difficult.

For the side door, glass with the blinds insert was the choice which is great.

The doors were delivered on time .... the installers were excellent, very friendly, professional and took great care and pride in what they were doing. I would recommend Home Decor without any hesitation.

We wanted to replace the 45 year old + windows in our house. After discussing the project with two other window firms, we met with Joe Gerring of Home Decor. Joe has substantial experience in windows and doors and could understand what we were looking for, which was not just "windows" but quality windows with some design incorporated. The other vendors were just into selling "windows". We were unsure of whether to go with wood windows or vinyl windows, but after visitng HomeTech Window Corporation with Joe, we were convinced that high quality vinyl windows were the route to take. We also wanted to be assured that the installers would be excellent and professional, and they were, led by Frank and his team. In the end, we feel that we received excellent counsel from Home Decor Window and Door Centre and that they were very caring to ensure that we were satisfied in everyway. Which we are.

We had recevied a few quotes from local window companies and were on the fence about replacing the windows in whole house, or just a few windows and installing them on our own. When Tony from Home Decor Windows & Doors came, to give us our third quote on windows for the entire house, we were sold! We immediately felt comfortable that he was being truthful with us about the quality of the windows and that they would do a good job with our retrofit (we wanted to keep all of our original trim since the house is older). The price was very competitive and that did weigh heavily on our decision :)
Tony told us an estimated date for delivery and was bang on, it was the exact week he originally told us it would be. The installation was scheduled to be completed over 2 days and we were told that Roman and his crew would be there to install.
The installers showed up on time and I cannot recommend these guys enough! Not only were they very friendly but they are very, very good at what they do. The windows were installed perfectly, and the trim inside looks like nothing was ever done to it! (which is exactly what we wanted). Their work was very neat, fast and they left our property as tidy as it was when they arrived.
The windows are so much nicer than we had anticipated. Having lived in standard builder homes prior to this one, we were expecting standard vinyl windows, but these windws look and feel so much better than any windows we have had previously.
We are extremely happy that we chose to redo the whole house, and would recommend Home Decor Windows & Doors to anyone :)

Our experience with Home Decor was wonderful from beginning to end. Joe, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He was very pleasant to work with and offered us as much time as we needed to make our choices. Our door was delivered in the time frame they promised and Tony and his crew did everything to ensure we'd be happy with the end result on instillation day. We love our door! Everyone who visits our home comments on the beautiful entrance. We are so very pleased with Home Decor and would surely recommend anyone to their business.

We shopped around for this very important purchase and after meeting with a number of sales reps, Joe stood out at being the most knowledgeable by far. He offered the most options in terms of style of doors, available glass for the doors, locksets, sidelights and also assisted with choosing a style that most complimented our home. The doors are all built from scratch and the glass is ordered in and therefore it does take some time for completion and installation (we purchased in October and did not have it installed until the end of January), but they are well worth the wait! We also had an issue with caulking falling from around the outside of the door onto our stoop the night after installation, but Tony and Joe addressed this issue promptly and we have had no further issues. We receive compliments on the new door all the time, and the light that it lets into our home is incredible. We are very pleased.

Just what we were looking for. Great door and great service. On time and on budget. Tony and the crew delivered on their promise of what we were looking for. As a result, friends of ours have also bought from Tony.
