I have been living with out hot water and no heat since 2 weeks, I have complained several times in their call centre no quick action was taken at all. I was booked for a technician (jason) at 10 am he showed up at 5 pm. He fixed heating for the moment as he left, issue came back. I am still waiting to hear back from them. Im literally in the house without heat and hot water, if i get sick or i die, is this home comfort responsible for the same?
