An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Andrew and his crew have been servicing my house in East York as well as 2 rental properties we own in downtown Toronto. We are extremely pleased with their prompt and professional service over the past several years. They have fixed everything from routine plumbing issues to replacing water heaters, servicing our boiler,fixing our dog shower and dealing with a pipe that burst in the ceiling of our Heritage home. The last issue was urgent and Andrew dropped everything and came to our rescue right away. We are always happy with the work they provide and I find their pricing to be competitive.
