extremely professional service that I highly recommend
I required my boiler to be fixed during the COVID-19 shut down. A challenging time for a service call but the company had clear measures in place for a contactless service call to ensure both technician and customer were safe. Not only did I get a reminder about my appointment the day before, but I was also sent an email with a picture of the technician so I would know who to expect to be arriving at my home. Such a great service!
Unfortunately a part was required but not available due to the COVID-19 shut down and it would be a bit of a wait for it to arrive. The temperature was unseasonably low, and I was offered to borrow heating blankets & space heaters. While waiting for the part to arrive, Emma (from the office) stayed in touch keeping me updated. The two technicians who worked on the boiler (Derek and Nick), and Robyn from the office, were all so great to deal with and were so pleasant, and professional.
I received such great service. Hoerner's goes above and beyond for their customers and I will never use any other heating and plumbing company.
