We needed to finish fencing our backyard, so our dogs wouldn't escape, and having Mr. Kelly recommended to us, he was our first choice. We were not disappointed. Mr. Kelly did an excellent job. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to accomplish it. The fence is just what we wanted and we would gladly recommend Mr. Kelly to another person.
