Hines Heating & Air Conditioning

Jeff installed a air conditioner and furnace in Aprill 2006. First time i used the air conditioner it did not work. Jeff returned and re charged the system (he left a conection loose). This summer, my furnace stopped wroking alltogether. Jeff came out, and said the circuit borad was gone, and that he would return to fix it in a couple of days. Jeff never returned!!!!! I phoned him for two months and he never return my calls. He never had the decency to call me and say he wasn't comming back, even through my furnace was still under warranty.

Jeff only installs furnaces, and then splits.

Jeffrey Hines was very happy to recommend a name brand air conditioning system (condenser and coil) to meet our needs and he installed it at a convenient time. But the unit began to leak onto the basement floor the following day. Jeff returned once, claimed to fix the problem and left. The leak continued. Jeff never answered any of our calls again. We were forced to find another HVAC contractor to come in to find and fix the problem - the drainage pipe had been incorrectly installed.

Made an actual appointment time and kept it. They also called to follow up and include reminder calls
