Hillcrest Plumbing did the installation of our on demand water heater in the fall of 2013 and did a very good job. The installers were prompt, efficient and left the area tidy. I would recommend them for anyone considering an on demand heater.

We decided to bite the bullet and replace our traditional gas hot water heater with an energy efficient on-demand system late last year. After reviewing a number of quotes, we decided to go with Hillcrest. They weren't the cheapest, but we felt their reputation as well as our positive experience when we had our furnace replaced by them made them the right choice for us. The crew that did the install were on-time, neat and ensured that the system was working well before leaving. They also explained the features and operation as well as did some additional drain re-routing to make the system neater. I felt they did a great job.

The staff is helpful to find me the right size sink. I was provided with step by step instructions on how to do it myself. Unfortunately I was not strong enough to do the job by myself and they helped to arranged a plumber to complete the job.

I had been searching for either a replacement bath faucet as the maker of this faucet has gone bankrupt. The faucet is well made and its only the inner cartridge that needed replacing. Hillcrest found the part for us and they were very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit pricey but it was a leak that had to be fixed. The young technician was courteous and did his work expeditiously. He cleaned up after his work and took away the old heater. I was satisfied.

The service was okay and product prices were reasonable. The only thing we were not happy with was they did not tell us there would be a $25.00 Truck service charge added to the invoice when we booked the job.

This company did a fairly good job with the repair. Although they were a few minutes late, the quality of work was satisfactory and they provided me with professional advice. The cost was reasonable too and the repairman was kind and knowledgeable.
