Recently had my a/c and furnace changed, everything was done professional. Under one condition, arrived a little late as promised. Otherwise the install was done very well in a timely matter.

Their duct work installers are professional and know how to really help you in getting the best air flow. Purchased a Trane system and my wife and I are very happy with it.

They replaced a furnace in my house quickly and in a timely manner.
However in retrospect their prices were a bit high compared to other companies, and could be more helpful when i called them back about additional gas line installation.

I recentley had a furnace and a humidifier installed by highlife. The sales man(Adam) that we had amongst the other was well dressed, very professional and last but not lease gave us the best price on the market.

The installers (Philip and helper) were on time, finished at a decent hour and did an excellent job.

Works well, great price and friendley as they come. Good job guys.

The price is good, I think. I paid more, but because they said it is a Carrier not a cheap brand. The salesperson service is good but left the company soon after the install.
The installers were not careful with the equipment dented the unit, scratched my driveway, put a hole in the wrong side of the wall, gas stop valves are put in the wrong and unsafe places.

They connected the humidifier incorrectly to the furnace that caused the furnace to malfunction, few mths after the install. It took sometime calling numerous times to get to someone then try to convince them that it was not done properly. Finally they fixed it. This is a year ago. Just now, reading reviews from Homestars, I agree the installers are very poor in courtesy and workmanship. So I said I'll take a second to help someone not to make the same mistake.
This people install gas lines that could possibly damage and hurt people in your home. If I did save any money I spent more in aggrevation and fixing their damages. Not Recommending and scared customer

I had recently replaced my Furnace and A/C recently with HighLife. Edward C. who was our salesman provided us with top notch service. He was very friendly and organized. We are a picky couple but he was willing to spend time to explain all the details to us. The rebates which usually give us tantrums were all received with much thanks to Edward. The installation process was flawless, very clean! My wife and I have already referred many friends to them already. I highly recommend this company. Prices for a Carrier are a little up there but compared to other Carrier dealers along with the rebates, it was more then reasonable.
