Our experience with Hickory Dickory Decks was fantastic! Kevin helped us visualize our ideas and plan out the best deck design for our backyard area. We appreciated the fact that he was always easy to get in contact with and easy to talk to. Throughout the planning process Kevin offered a variety of products and ideas, but always listened to our thoughts and concerns. Once we had finalized our plans, Hickory Dickory Decks made sure that our backyard was kept neat and tidy, and the construction had as little impact on our daily routine as possible. All the HDD workers were professional and helpful. Communication about what was going to happen, and when, was always up front and reasonable and showed that HDD was committed to getting our deck done right and in a timely manner. Kevin and Bryan checked in with us throughout the building process to make sure everything was to our liking and we were happy with their progress. They always consulted us with any decisions that had to be made once construction began and went above and beyond to make sure the end result was what we wanted. We were given information and advice about cleaning, warranties and maintenance of our new deck and we were always treated as valued customers.
