Horrible service by the Manager of all people. When simply asked about product line, the lack of helpfulness and attitude was shocking. For someone who apparently us suppose to train and manage their own people to be acting this way towards their customers is troubling to the owners. I suggest to the owners to rethink the managers roll in the front lines if they have no concern for customer relations.
I have spent a considerable investment over the years and gave Harris Nursery a substantial amount of business, but they continue to go down hill in regards to how they treat the customer base. Training needs to be implemented as this is after all a retail based business.
I will not be patronizing this store until things change considerably. Plenty of other options even though my first option is to support local. But in this case not worth the tongue lashing one expects to receive when asking for advice.
