Worst experience as the technician came onsite didn't know how to fix the issue. He charged me the money and simply said no issues with the machine and no action required to service the drum. Even I asked him to check inside the drum, he simply checked from backside and said everything is fine with the machine. Finally i got help from someone else who is professional from a different company and fixed the problem .
I will not recommend Hanks service to anyone here in GTA.
