Before contacting Stephane from Hanks Appliances, we had a horrible experience with another appliance repair company (Moez from PCHS Appliance Repair).

Stephane is highly knowledgable that reflects from deep experience. He showcased a very methodical way of problem solving and did an initial requirement gathering prior to his visit. He was spot on in identifying the issue and took extreme care in removing parts, testing and fixing back in.

He was extremely professional in his work and explained what had went wrong and what needs to be fixed.

Very honest and clear on the costs for parts and services - no surprises.

I can surely trust him for all future work (I was informed that currently he works on Samsung appliances) and strongly recommends others to not hesitate in requesting his service.

Repair was completed in a timely manner . The gentleman who came to do the repair was very polite and helpful.

The technician came within the time window agreed. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Got it sorted out within 20 min. I have asked for a detailed bill, which I didn't get yet, but I am following up with them. Highly recommended.

Purchased a Frigidaire Gallery Fridge with faulty ice maker. Hanks was quick to make a diagnosis and send repair parts for both a broken fan and logic board. Ultimately the fridge went on the fritz again, so we are hoping to have it replaced under the lowes protection plan, but Hanks has been excellent throughout this otherwise bad experience. Working with them has been very good despite the situation.

Very good customer service. Will work for you to get what you want not just what they have in stock. Better pricing then the box stores. Should you wish reconditon, they have that too! Parts specialist also.
