Last August I had my driveway paved by Hamilton Paving Inc. The quality of work was not at it's finest as after a few months, the edge of the driveway (against the sidewalk and soldier path along the driveway) began to chip away. I also noticed quite a few spots where it appeared weeds were growing through the asphalt. It was explained to me by George that this would not happen due to the process they go through when doing a driveway. Since this was covered under the year warranty, I called to explain and sent pictures and was told they would come out to fix it. After a month had passed and no one had even come out to look at the driveway, I sent an email asking when they would be coming out to complete the warranty work as I wanted to seal the driveway. They said they were too busy to come out right now. As of right now, it has been another 3 weeks and it is past the warranty date. They won't answer any of my calls, return my calls, answer my messages or emails. Putting aside the fact that my driveway looks like a painter decided to attempt a driveway...the customer service is simply non existent. Being in a new subdivision, I have been spreading the word as I would hate for someone to have to deal with what I have. There warranty looks great in writing however they do NOT stand behind it...at least they didn't for me.
