Kris is an honest guy who comes through with solutions that help you work with your budget and expectations.
I think he offers a great value to your project as he knows how to get things done. (he's also the only contractor in town who always answers his cell phone - and not just when he's trying to get the job like so many of them - and then they disappear once they get it)
