Golden Hammer Renovations

This company was hired by our property management to replace balconies railings in our townhouse complex. The total is 9 adjoining balconies. Two adjoining balconies have 40 wooden spindles and 5 wooden poles. We are to pay $774 per unit for the work done (20 spindles and 2.5 poles). In my unit 2 poles were not changed and the overall quality can be clearly seen in the pictures.
