Glen Echo Landscaping And Garden Centre

We hired Glen Echo to do landscaping 3 years ago. They subcontracted the work to another company who performed poorly. It took months for Glen Echo to resolve the issues, and they only did so, because we withheld final payment.

Recently we learned that Glen Echo is no longer using the subcontractor and our neighbour had success with them. When we spoke to Klaus (one of the owners) he told us that his son, Derek, has blacklisted us and they will not work with us, again.

Wow! Business must be great for Glen Echo that they can refuse us as return clients simply because we were sticking up for ourselves.
