I have have purchased products from Gem Windows & Doors in the past and have always been pleased. Recently I was installing 2 sliding doors at my cottage and needed some screw cap covers to finish the job. Even though the doors were not purchased from Gem (It was a DIY job and simpler to buy them up north) Jim Christopoulos not only provided me with the right parts , he did not charge me. You don't see that every day! The receptionist, Meaghan ?, was equally helpful and a delight to deal with.
