We went there looking for some blinds and saw what we wanted. The price was a little bit high. The customer service was also somewhat lacking. They were not very helpful, but the overall experience was ok. The blinds are pretty good though.
We used Next Day and ordered items that were not available for Next day delivery. Not an issue - we knew that when we ordered.
However, what we got was installation 2+ weeks later than promised. Each time we talked with them the story of why the delay varied so we lost faith/trust in their service.
Product is fine - vendor is not.
