I'm giving Arctic Clear a perfect 10 because they deliver the best tasting water I've ever tasted. When you sign up you get a delivery calendar and they are always ontime and deliver exactly what you ask for. Their prices are reasonable. We pay about $50 per month which covers the rental of the water tower and abut 3 five gallon bottles per month. Getting bottled water has never been easier. I highly recommend them.
