I put a $400 downpayment for a brand new bedroom set to be delivered to me. I recieved a call saying that the furniture set was no longer available from the manufacturer, so I needed to come back in the store. I went back to the store thinking I would get my money back instead, I was offered the floor model which had numerous infractions and missing knobs. I was assured that all pieces would be repaired and it would look brand new upon delivery. I said I needed to see the pieces repaired and at that point I would make a decision as to whether it was repaired properly. Further more a dresser and a mirror would not be available at all since a dresser and a mirror where not available in the store and the manufacturer had stopped making the design. At this point no reduction in price was offered, except that the existing pieces would be repaired. Four weeks later and four visits later, the pieces were still not repaired properly. The head office assured me that my money would be refunded if the pices were not repaired to my satisfaction. This was in talk only because there were still scratches and several knobs missing, and no money was refunded. Customer service does not exist, because even though the purchase was made in mississauga in their location on Dundas east of Dixie, I was told to go to brampton to pick up my money, which at this point I still have not recieved. Save your energy, shop elsewhere.
