I ordered a couch, love seat and chair from the temporary Queen Street location in the old Swiss Chalet building near hwy 410. When I went to pcik up the furniture, 2 of 3 peices were damaged. They were reluctant to have me check out the item prior to leaving the dock. Even though the product was still on their dock, they told me that they would not take it back as long as the packaging had been removed. They made me put the packaging back on before they would give me two other peices. The next day they sent me to Galaxy Furature near Humberline and Finch and the manager (who waa giving another customer a hard time, refused to serve me. I spent the next 1/2 hour on the phone with Furnature Giants while they contacted the manager of Galaxy. I was sent to yet another location to finally get my furniture. I went through 3 different chairs before I could find one that was not damaged too much. I will NEVER buy from either Galaxy or Furniture Giants again!! Customer beware!!! Check your product on the dock to make sure that there are no damages before you take them or you will be left with damaged furniture. They are not willing to work with you at all. Once they have your money..good luck trying to work something out with them. Sometimes your better off paying a little more money to the more renowned furniture companies. At least if you have a problem, they will treat you like a customer and not like these guys treated me!!! Never again!!
