Bought a living room set. They had a great selection and the price was right. The staff was friendly and knew alot about the products. Good experience. I would recommend the store to anyone.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY MAY GET? THE NEGATIVE ONES SEEM ALL TRUE THE WORST BUYING EXPERIANCE EVER! I BOUGHT 2 LEATHER CHAIRS IN SEPTEMBER MULTIPLE PROBLEMS HAD TO CANIBLIZE THE FIRST 2 TO GET 1 SEMI ACCEPTABLE ON THE PROMISE BOTH WOULD BE REPLACED 3 MONTHS LATER TO THE DAY SEVERAL CHAIRS REJECTED! THEY EVEN TRIED TO REPLACE THE EXPENSIVE ELECTIC RECLINER FOR A MANUAL 1. EVERY CALL SAME ANSWER NEXT FRIDAYS TRUCK AND AS USUAL FRIDAY COMES AND GOES WITHOUT RESOLVE. IF YOU THINK IT WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU THINK AGAIN! IF YOUR GOING TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THINK AGAIN OR ANOTHER NEGATIVE REVIEW WILL BE BORN! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE FINAL SOLUTION! DO NOT PAY THEM BEFORE CHECKING ITEMS 100% ONCE YOU PAY YOU WILL BECOME JUST ANOTHER VICTIM OF POSSIBLY THE WORLDS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY OPINION THIS PLACE SUCKS . DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR GO ELESWERE!

We putchased a leather sofa set that was custom made and now it is literally flaking in pieces, not to mention that fact that this company made it to the wrong measurements. I did not know that leather had an expiry date!!!! They had no customer service and did nothing to rectify the issues. We would never buy there again nor recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Furniture Depot! The staff were exceptionally helpful, the prices were reasonable and my items were delivered within a reasonable amount of time. I have recommended all of my family and friends to buy any furniture they need from here! I don't normally write reviews but in this case I felt my experience needed to be shared with all!!

Yes you may get a good deal. But they have very bad after sale customer service. Bed arrived with broken slats and I called the next day. Kept promising to send new ones and never did. It has been 2 years now .. Bed has been uncomfortable and we need to find new mattress support. Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again.

I had the most amazing experience with this Furniture Company. My husband and I spent days browsing various furniture websites and decided to go with Furniture Depot . We received our dining set very promptly & are very pleased with it's good value and the cost. Thank you to the management and the team.

I am very pleased with the attention and responsiveness of the staff. My bedroom furniture was reasonably priced, delivered within 3 days and set up by polite and professional men. The store followed up with me to make sure that all was satisfactory. I will definitely be returning there in the future.

One of the best furniture store to go in Brampton. They were extremely honest, helpful and friendly. Shipping costs were reasonable and was delivered next day on time by professional delivery men. I scouted many furniture stores for similar type of furniture and by far, this place was the most reasonable, well presented and most helpful by the manager/sales associate. Definitely check out this place!
