Clera Windows + Doors

We just got new windows and door from Clera Windows the last week of June. We had the BEST installers, a father and son team..Kevin and James. My husband and I had many questions and both Kevin and James made sure that they were all answered and that we were both happy. Kevin and James take pride in their work and really make sure every fine detail is taken care of. The windows and door look fantastic and we are truly happy with the service provided. Way to go Kevin and James!

Just wanting to let you know that I am very pleased with the windows I had
installed by your company. The worker you had install them was
excellent...he was very particular about each window and very neat and
clean! When he left every room and outside it was exactly the way he had
found it to begin with however there were new windows in the frames! I
would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Cudos to the installation teams! Kevin, James, Ryan and his partner were EXCELLENT in the work they did. They showed up as scheduled, were extremely pleasant & accommodating, did fantastic work, cleaned up well and were just generally a joy to have around. The windows turned out just great - replacing old drafty windows with beautifully faux leaded panes. There were a few bumps along the way which were handled by Adam professionally and with an eye toward customer satisfaction above all else. Looking at my new "leaded glass" windows you can barely see any difference between them and the windows which are original to the house. Very pleased with the final outcome!

After receiving 4 estimates/quotes from other high-end window companies, I felt Clera was the best fit. Clera's customer service and install crew was what put them over the top. Drew did an absolute outstanding job installing windows in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Clera.

I had called Clera Windows & Doors for an estimate on my home in Madoc. Ken Chaston had came to my home and gave me an estimate for the entire house. I thought the price was very good, and had told him we would discuss it and let him know. He had then shook my hand, and told me to take my time, and talk it over with my wife. This impressed me, that he did not pressure me. Although, before Mr. Chaston could leave the driveway I
had ran outside to get him back in the house. I told Ken we have decided to go ahead with the job. We know that your company has a great reputation, and we feel the price is fair. When it came time for the installation, Ken's crewed showed up and went at the job. I was very impressed with his installers, they were very professional, and skilled at what they do.
I own a business myself, and I know good skilled employee's are worth their weight in gold.
Overall this experience has been excellent, from the first phone call, to the finish of our project. I would recommend that if anyone is looking for windows or doors to call Clera Winows & Doors. A job well done. Thank You

We really enjoyed working with Chris - he was helpful, thorough and friendly. There was a bit of confusion on our part with the installation appointment, but the installers did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the outcome and our new door. We would definitely recommend.

This is our second time using Clera Windows with Gareth.
Our first order was a gorgeous showstopper front door with sidelight and oversized front windows. We have just had our second order completed of 3 smaller windows. We plan on using them again. The crews are friendly and they clean up the debris from construction. The warranty and work is high quality. Prices reasonable. Gareth has made good on a repair and informed us about delays - and they do happen. We are fairly easy-going and know that the windows are going to get done - and they did. I would recommend this company and Gareth because I am realistic in my expectations and I love the final result. My house is about 60 years old and it looks like it just had a facelift. Thanks Gareth and your crews for giving us the look that we wanted.
