We did our research and had a number of other companies come by to give us a quotes on new windows but nothing compared to the experience we had with Guillermo from Clera. It was very evident from the start that he was not just a "salesman" trying to make a deal, but actually took the time to explain the details of the installation and the quality of the product that Clera provided. His expertise in the field as a previous installer made us feel very comfortable and reassured us that we were making the right choice.
The installation was completed by Avni and his crew who were extremely professional and did seamless job! Guillermo came by to make sure all was going as planned and ensured that we were satisfied as we had full frame replacements and windows. He even pointed out that there was a small chip in the glass of one of the windows and assured us that it would be replaced under warranty ASAP!
Overall our experience with Guillermo and Clera windows was amazing and we will make sure to recommend them to all our family and friends.
