3yr old window and screen warped
after 3 wks waiting for service writing a review worked Vp called and said no charge for service and screen that was warped was replaced within 4 days. Window looked warped but it was an ill fitted screen that needed fixing .I was asked to change my review which I did but the low rating was b/c I was asked to change it
Had I received service without writing
A bad review the rating would have been higher
