We became very concerned when our installation date had to be re-scheduled, but after a telephone call to the VP we were assured that the job would start on the following week and that we had one of the best teams performing our installation. The job involved 3 cut outs to make our windows larger. The installation crew arrived on time and once they started we believed that in fact we did have an extremely professional crew and as a result we are so delighted with the overall job we have been recommending FM to our family, friends and neighbors.
