David, the sale rep, was fabulous. He wasn't pushy to have me buy a certain amount of
windows as I've heard other sale reps do. David kept me up to date when the windows were ready
and if there was change in schedule, he called me to arrange another day which would work for everyone.
The installers, Eddy and Leon were great. They were thorough and knowledgeable about the product they were
installing and then showed me how to use it when the windows were completed. I would recommend and have
recommended them to another neighbor. I have a few more windows to do and will be a repeat customer.
I am relieved that I purchased new windows from Clera and happy that it was installed by staff who knew what they were doing.
