The task was the replacement of an older renovation window in a bedroom. During removal, the old thermopane window was dropped on floor through negligence, damaging the oak flooring and nearby antique desk. The installer took no responsibility and the company response was lukewarm over the phone. I outlined the events and damage to the company in an email to which there has been no response. With no confidence in the company, I undertook the repairs myself and have heard nothing further from the company. I would rate the installed product as adequate but nothing better than that. I would not recommend this company, its products and especially the installer we had to anyone.
