Ordered 2 windows and patio doors from Clera on July 14, 2021
On our receipt it says approximate installation time 10 to 12 weeks.
We waited 14 weeks before WE contacted them only to find out they would be about another month (is there a reason they did not contact us to tell us this????)
So now it is about 19 weeks and no windows or doors. No one even contacts you with a reason for the delay (not interested in the COVID excuse anymore)
Terrible service!
