Builders review in Halton Hills

FernBrook homes hired cheap contractors resulted poor job. No sound proof etc. Some of site fernbrook staff's are very professional's. Some of them are extremely good with customers compare to head office. That's the only reason why I didn't write more negative comments about the builder.

Builders review in Halton Hills

Light fixers are falling down. cracks in basement floor and wall causing water damage which is unacceptable by city standards.
exterior pot lights malfunction within 1 year of occupation. Major basement wall crakes fixed before occupation. Waste of money and time spend! # of messages left to head office customer care Ms Maple. NO response! I hope time will teach them a lesson!
