WOW, was I impressed with your customer service. This experience was a joy from start to end. Calling your office and speaking with your friendly staff, who offered to send someone over to review my home that day, were just a joy to deal with. The quote was bang on! And the movers, what a bunch of nice and hardworking guys. They really cared about making this experience stress free. We really appreciated having a moving company be so dedicated to our needs! I found these guys online and called them. Very friendly customer service and ordering process. Movers showed up on time and worked diligently and carefully to move my stuff. Highly recommend them to anyone moving!

We moved OUT of our house on July 17th and had our things in storage for 2 weeks before you moved us into our new house on August 2nd! Nightmare timing but made so bearable and manageable by an absolutely smooth moving team!

Lorne and the boys were FABULOUS! Everything that went into storage come out the same as it went in! They were fast, efficient, friendly and SO good at what they did.

I would recommend Fergusons to ANYONE looking to move their family. Moving is never an easy thing….Fergusons helped make it a while lot easier!

Now that I am more or less moved into my new home, I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know how pleased I was with the service I received from your staff. Trevor came and did the initial estimate for me and was very responsive whenever I had a question or a concern about the process, and I must say the hot tip about keeping a record of what was in each box and putting stickies on them to identify which ones went into which room was really very helpful. Luke, Matt and John came and did the actual moving, and they certainly made sure that everything was well wrapped – I will always have fond memories of the turnable from the microwave which had a blanket all to itself! They were also nice about making sure that things were where I wanted them in the new house.

I have to say that I wouldn’t want to move again for a while (!) but your staff really helped make the process as stress0free as possible. Please do say thank you for me.
