Last week I bought a new washing machine (Electrolux) from Fauzi, the owner of Faulkner's Appliances located in South Etobicoke. When I built the addition on my house 10 years ago, all of my appliances came from Faulkners. The new owner, Fauzi (who used to be an employee at Faulkners) has maintained the personal service that the store is known for. Prices are competitive with the Big Box Stores. I have an old home with small door openings. To ensure my choice of washing machine would fit, Fauzi personally came to my house to measure. The delivery went smoothly and was on time. I highly recommend that you consider Faulkner's for your next appliance purchases.

We have bought from Faulkners for over 40 years - and our recent purchases confirm the service is as fantastic as always. Recently we bought a Bosch Fridge and overhead fan for our gas range. Faouzi was extremely helpful dealing with supply chain issues to ensure the appliances would be available when our construction schedule called for them. Upon delivery there was a small problem with the fridge (a dent) - Faouzi dealt with it in minutes to our complete satisfaction. Prices are competitive but the personal touch and customer service are invaluable. Thanks !!!

Recently had to replace fridge, microwave, washer & dryer and Falkner's is the only place to go to. They are very competitive, delivery was quick, and great selection. Fauzi is a pleasure to deal with, delivers with a personal touch rarely seen today. I would highly recommend Falkner's to anyone in the market for appliances

JOE was patient and so well informed when we stopped into Faulkner's Appliances. On a friend's very positive recommendation we went in and Joe guided us through the many options available for a new fridge and gas range. We bought both appliances. The next step was having BOB come to our home and extend our gasline to our outdoor kitchen wall. BOB is meticulous and very proud of his work. The outdoor line looks great against the house. Then BOB installed our gas range on the day of delivery. He worked on our home as if it was his own. He even went above and beyond and checked our stove fan and made a couple of adjustments to make it work more efficiently. This is a reliable, well-priced, honest place to buy new appliances. I'll be back once my washer/dryer quit on me!!!

These guys are great. Walk-in, immediately friendly service. Owner operator (Mr. Faulkner) is always there and you can tell they really care about the customer experience rather than a quick sale. Call you to follow up, really responsive to any questions, and very knowledgeable. Can't say enough good about the team there. Over the last three years I have replaced all of our appliances with new Bosch through them.

We bought an oven from Faulkner's a few years ago and it was both fairly priced and performed superbly. So when we decided to upgrade our refrigerator, dishwasher and laundry washer, we headed for Faulkner's. They had exactly what we were looking for, the technology, the brands, sizes and finishes.

They were delivered by Anthony and Tyrone, on a muggy Toronto summer afternoon, and despite what must have been an exhausting day moving heavy products, were courteous, friendly and careful in their work. They were well prepared for potential moving glitches such as door clearances, and had things set in place quickly and precisely.

Later that day Bob, the fellow who sold us the appliances, set up our dishwasher with painstaking attention to detail, and dealt smoothly and effectively with the prior installation's shortcomings (including the wrong water pipe which was also damaged: he had a code-compliant braided hose on hand and updated the dishwasher correctly).

Everything has worked beautifully, and we're glad we went to Faulkner's rather than the usual suspects.

I purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer from Faulkner’s. The doors needed to be switched from left to right and Faulkner’s did this.

The delivery people were on time, polite and efficient. They connected the water and steam features.

Other appliance stores may be slightly cheaper, but they do not do alterations (ie. the doors) or the connections required after delivery !.

Faulkner's is a family run business and they take care of their customers. We first went there for a range for our old house and Gord was patient, showed us options without pushing any brand, and was honest about the downsides of expensive appliances we considered. After comparing with other dealers, we went back to buy all appliances for our new house - the full package with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, wine fridge, strong vent hood, etc. and they helped us pick the best of each appliance rather than push a brand package like the competitors we visited. Michael even arranged for a loaner fridge without us asking and free of charge - including drop off and pickup - when delivery of the fridge we ordered was delayed by the manufacturer. Plus their delivery team is polite and extremely careful - they did not make even the smallest scratch in either of our old or new homes.

Faulkner's has a great team, is a solid local business, and is honest about their prices, which are very competitive. On this latter point, Michael was honest, open, and forthright about their pricing as we drafted our order - I've never seen this before and really appreciate how he and his father do business. I have already referred many friends and clients to them and will continue to do so.

We first found Faulkner about 20 years ago at the Toronto Home show where we purchased full set of appliances for our new home then.

Since that time we have never gone anywhere else and have recommended our friends and family to this store.

We just had our old LG washing machine break down (after 15 years), so we didn't even give it another thought as to where we should go for a new set - and didn't even go to the store, we ordered over the phone!

Their prices are unbeatable, along with the personal service, there is no reason to shop anywhere else!
