Falcon Contracting

I have had the pleasure of working with John Giannopoulos of Falcon Contracting for many years. John and his crew have completed several significant capital improvement projects at non-profit agencies where I have worked, including commercial kitchens, windows installation, and he has also put a new kitchen in my home which greatly increased its resale value. This last project for a kitchen was completed in December 2013. As always, John started the project when he said he would; he came every day he said he'd come, on time, and communicated regularly with me. He finished the project on time, and has a tremendous number of connections in the industry where he can get lots of different choices for materials and supplies at a reasonable cost. John is courteous, friendly, approachable and reliable. We were very happy with the finished product, which was to provide new cupboard doors, pulls, stainless steel counters, subway ceramic back splash, and commercial-grade vinyl flooring which looks like hardwood. When we were unable to fit a stainless steel island into the budget, John surprised us by including one at no cost to us, at the very end of the project. This was a very generous gesture, and something which we really needed. A great guy who does a great job.

I highly recommend Falcon Contracting and am very pleased with my beautiful 'new' house. John removed the old siding, insulation and spray foamed, re-sheathed and then put new siding on. He also installed new windows and built a lovely new front porch. John and his team were on site every day and the site was cleaned up daily. All work was done accurately with great attention to detail, with permits and drawings.
I would highly recommend Falcon Contracting and have confidence in their work which was done on time and on budget!

Falcon Contracting was one of the best choices we made for this renovation. John and his crew are experts in their field and we felt extremely confident in their abilities. They were on-time, on-budget and they were extremely friendly and professional throughout the project. As another reviewer mentioned, they were not the cheapest quote we received, but it was excellent value because the quality was top-notch. We had a few surprises (as most people get when opening up the walls in an older home) however John didn't surprise us with any additional costs to fix these problems. We liked the fact that John was onsite most of the time - this showed that he took responsibility and felt accountable for the quality of work. John made some great suggestions and was straightforward in telling us what would work and what wouldn't. I will be calling John again for any future projects, so of course I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to anyone who is looking for a high quality, reliable contractor.

We hired John to Renovate our basement last year, from start to finish he had all the trades lined up and i was very happy with the result, he is not the cheapest contractor out there but money was well spent with details considered, Thank you John.

John of Falcon Contracting runs a great company from starting and finishing as scheduled, to sticking to budget, to knowing where and how things will turn out before during and after the reno.
He removed 4 tons of concrete layed down by a previous owner of my house throughout the mainfloor, removed a structural wall from an old house, hired subs to replace all knob and tube. The subs were seamless in their getting in and out. Payment schedule was fair and actually made sense. His workers were friendly, curteous and a pleasure to have around. He knows what things cost and you are free to look at the price yourself and see where his work is value added and worth hiring him. He was here everyday by 8AM and gone bye 4:30 or 5:00, and the place for the most part was left as spotless and clean as possible each day.
John is organized, thoughtful, friendly, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. He has passion for his work and his clients. His team was incredibly patient and friendly with my overly affectionate labrador retriever who would greet them every morning with lots of licks and looks for attention. John is truly someone you should consider above and beyond anyone you are considering to hire.
I have absolutely no issues about recommending him, MK
