So disappointed. came home to find my bedroom window severely cracked. I had put up a garbage bag to keep the light out ( the window was never completely covered) so I Called to put in a claim. Was told it was heat fractures. well guess what. Fairway refuses to cover it because of no point of impact. I thought their policies covered no fault.
