Fabrizi Roofing & Aluminum

Nightmare!! I had used Fabrizi Roofing in the past without any problems. This time turned out to be an absolute nightmare.
I hired them during the busy season, they worked 1day, took my deposit and left the work unfinished along with all the related roofing garbage. They said they would be back the next week to finish because they where busy and had other unfinished jobs to finish. I said "no problem" as it was the middle of the week already and we didn't expect it to rain. \( I guess they where over booked)
After a few weeks I called to fallow up and they kept telling me they where going to come tomorrow, the next day, the Wednesday, etc, and so on for the next 8weeks!! By this time I was furious as water was getting in and causing extreme damage due to the unfinished roof that was half done.
By this point Cinzia the daughter was not even taking my calls anymore or even replying to my texts. I managed to get Rob the owner on the phone and gave them one last chance to finish the work. Surely enough the didn't show up again. After extreme water damage due to the unfinished roof I was left with no choice other then to get another company to finish and repair what was started by Fabrizi roofing.
After this a whole other problem started, Rob the owner agreed to meet with me about a dozen times over 4 months to pay my deposit back. I spent several evenings and weekends of not doing anything other then sitting around waiting for him to show up to meet, every single time he did not show up with out notice. I would call to see if he was still coming and he would make up excuses after excuse.
The first few times I used them at other properties it was an overall good experience, Rob seemed to be nice. But the last time Rob said his daughter Cinzia would manage my job. She was very disorganized with the scheduling, there seems to be bad communication within the company, Rob did not take responsibility for Cinzia. Rob and Cinzia does not respect there customers. I am still shocked how the work was left, and they have no regard for customers.
Although the first few experiences where good I would not recommend Fabrizi roofing to anyone because of the last experience. Anyone can do good work but it takes a good company to take responsibility for unfinished work, repairs, mistakes, and owning up to bad work. When something goes wrong you need to feel confident that someone will come back to fix it and not abandon you because they already have money in there pockets.
