Express Rooter Plumbing

The same toilet that I wrote about in November began to flush and fill by itself particularly in the overnight hours (scary - could there be a ghost?). Called ExpressRooter back again.

Vlad came to investigate and found that the flush valve had been installed incorrectly as the floater was hitting the chain from the flush lever. Moreover, the flapper was corroded. Vlad took the toilet apart, made the necessary adjustments, and replaced the flapper.

I also showed him another toilet in the house that had lost its shut off handle. He replaced the entire shut off valve. Thank you Vlad and thank you ExpressRooter.
