I hired Massimo to paint and spruce up a former rental unit for me to move into in March and I cant praise him and his team highly enough. I was in a bad situation because the contractor Id hired to renovate took about five weeks to perform very little work and rip me off. Massimo saved the day! He showed up within a day of my call looking for a quote, started work the following week and was done a week later.
Massimo and his team spent 4 solid days on prep alone, removed a half demoed closet and replaced it with a kneeling wall, built shelves in another closet, arranged for someone to replace the kitchen backsplash on a Sunday (!) and he also got sub contractors to install a bathroom vanity, do some unexpected plumbing and electrical work. Three coats of paint later and the place was transformed. My house is over 100 years old, in rough shape (crooked everything) I didnt have the budget for proper renovation so the end result wasnt HGTV, but it was amazing!
Massimo is not the cheapest contractor out there and you dont always get what you pay for, but his work is top notch: hes fast, professional, accommodating, great at problem solving and an all-round nice guy. He show up early, works like stink while on site and cares about the final product. A shout out to his team is also in order because Daniele and Ricardo are fantastic.
If I ever have to do a job like this again, Massimo will be my first call. I recommend him without reservation.
