EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE and uncompromising. They were 1.5 hours late for their two hour allotted window, and when I phoned to inquire I was bullied into allowing the cleaners to come at a time that REALLY did not suit my family- the woman on the phone was insulting, and she threatened that I would lose my money should I send the cleaners away at that point.

The cleaning itself was fine, but they attempted to overcharge us at the end, claiming we had more vents in our house than we do. I had to count the vents with them to show them that they were wrong.

I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone who does not like confrontation and standing up for themselves- unless you enjoy being bullied, don't even consider the wagjag.

This company will offer you a low price and then escalate it once they are in your house. $5 for this, $40 extra for that. Total BS. They are not to be trusted and refused to meet me half way to get the job done. They said I cannot get my money back but I called Wagjag and they refunded it immediately. Thank goodness I did it through Wagjag and not directly, otherwise I would have lost out.,IMO.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCA.M. I bought a package from them and they wouldn't honour it. They demanded an extra $20 per room to remove stains and made me take my small child out in the rain to get them extra money. They are rude and misleading. DON"T USE THEM!
