I hired these guys for a few repairs for on my new home. I must say i was impressed with the quality of service. A friend refereed me to them. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been using Everest Roofing for over a decade. They redid the roof on my old house and then when my new one needed a roof I called them again. They did a great job and at fair price (too long ago now for me to remember) and Bob was great to work with. I'm writing the review now because I just had another wonderful experience. Toronto recently had a major ice storm and my roof leaked. I called Bob and he and his crew came over the next day. Turns out an ice dam had formed that blocked the drainage. Bob & crew took care of the problem at no charge, and provided captioned photographs that showed the problem and what they did to resolve. I recommend them without hesitation.

Bob and his team were fabulous to work with. The project was executed on schedule and on budget. 6 months later, we had a leak in a different area of the roof (that wasn’t redone), and they came back and fixed it free of charge. Highly recommended!

Our 10 year warranty expires next month and we noticed new staining on a ceiling tile. One phone call to Bob and the problem was addressed. Workers were on site the next day, exactly on time and assessed the problem and repaired it within an hour. They were polite and respectful and explained the issues with cell phone photos so everything was clear and easily understood. This is clearly a firm that stands behind their work. There was no charge even though the leak did not originate from the roof which was intact, but the cement blocks of the adjoining wall.

Everest came promptly and on time. They repaired the raccoon damage on my roof and were a pleasure to work with. I recommend them without hesitation.

From estimate to completion, Everest did a wonderful job. Bob responded quickly to our request for a quote, which he provided immediately after personally inspecting the roof/skylights and photographing their state. He clearly explained his recommendations, told us when his crew would be available, and finished this large job (roof, replacing skylights, flashing for all vents) in only 2 days. The crew were efficient, meticulous, and incredibly tidy, making sure they left no debris behind on either day. We are delighted with their work. We recommend Everest very, very highly!

Bob and his crew were a nice change from my typical experiences with construction. We paid a slight premium to the other quotes we had, and I'm glad we did. The work looks great, and when I called due to a small oversight, he brought people back the same day to fix it. His crew was friendly, hardworking, and did an amazing job cleaning up after each day's work. Highly recommend.

Never met Bob in person, he came and re shingled two roofs without question or problems. Totally cleaned up. Didn't even know he was there except the fact we had two new roofs.

Shopped around on Homestars. I discovered Bob. I got Bob. I had no stress or issues. I got a great roof and had no aggravation. I Paid a fair price. Some quotes were ridiculous, way too high..some way too low..believe me there are all kinds of characters in the roofing trade, many not too savory...Bob is a special soul who cares about people. Bob came over quickly, but not too quickly (because he was obviously very busy - a good sign). We went up on the roof and he gave a comprehensive explanation of the challenges that were faced, the potentially unknown elements (extent of rotten wood beneath membrance that couldn't be evaluated until part of the roof was off) and opinions on things he thought we should consider - such as insulation.
He was honest in what he said and there were no surprises. He worked with out budget to get us a great replacement roof with double the insulation we originally intended and didn't even charge us for all the joist and sheathing repair he did. His initial quote was slightly cheaper than the others we had, but not so cheap that we were suspicous of what our eventual payment would be...
Best of all Everest were reliable - they showed up when they said they would and did the bulk of the work (650 ft2 flat roof replacement) in two days including skylight installation!
They used our neighbour's driveway for access and were courteous and respectful of the situation.
If you're considering a new roof you should talk to Everest.
