Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

Essay Floors owner Bob came to refinish kitchen/living room floors. They started peeling and he said he would fix this spring for additional $700 but won’t answer his phone or come back and fix his mess! Definitely not happy! He says the floors had wax on them but I never used wax and he’s the professional so he should have tested them! He was recommended by a friend of mine who knows the mess Bob made and will not recommend him to anyone else. Some how now I will have to save up and get a professional to come in and fix! Feel I was ripped off by Eskay Floors! Beware!!
