showed up for appointment late. Reviewed problem, ordered parts, told me he received parts, want to job and apparently installed parts.
Actually lubed old parts and left saying all fixed. Tenant informs me nothing changed, same problem exists. Called Rod, was told he couldn’t turn off water ( not kidding) I say ok I will meet you there and turn it off , he agrees. Never heard from him again. Called office to inquire, was told I was silly for waiting patiently and I should have called a plumber ( not kidding) and then she hung up on me!

Emberley's Plumbing, excellent, professional service, gets the job done right the first time. I had new countertops installed in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. Rod was there before the contractors to disconnect all plumbing and was back when they finished to install the new faucets. Very dependable, I have used him for a previous repair, I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing repairs/projects.
