Everyone at Elite Concrete is a true professional. From the initial meeting to discuss scope of work, throughout the construction process, and to finally executing an impeccable project, nothing was lacking. The project started and ended when Elite said it would. The quoted cost was the final cost. And everything turned out beautifully. A year later I called to ask Raffy & Marcelo how to remove paint splatters on the concrete, and before I knew it they were taking care of it. ELITE CONCRETE is a GEM!
