The worst company to deal with.. it took 2 months before my blinds were installed,, the installer had no idea what he was doing, damages my window trimmings.. the blinds were suppose to be installed 1/2 an inch outside the window casing. He installed it 2 inches too deep inside the casing which caused the blinds to hit the window handle ever time I opened or closed the the blinds. After one yr, my bed room blinds cord broke, I've called him 4 Times,, he keeps saying he will get it sorted out in a couple of days. And now the 5th time, he did not answer my call,,, Avoid this company.. the worst service ever...

I hired this company for my draperies and all promises were made during the sale but thereafter it was nothing but excuses, I was told delivery and installation of 5 weeks and 12 weeks later still nothing , had to cancel my order and got all my refund back but loss of time costed me so much .Stay away from them, they running this business like amateurs . Will not recommend them to anyone

Guys, if you happen to go with them .... Just remember one thing. DON'T PAY THEM ANY ADVANCE. Also, if they deliver any product, pay in full only after you receive entire order (forget about service after). The worst ever service !!!

Elegant blinds got me the best blinds in economical price but when it comes to service, i.e. if they have to come back to fix something, forget them. You will not see them again. Very poor quality service. They also charged me tax but never gave me offficial bill. So if you are doing business with them, do not pay full amount until all work is done. But I would be still careful as you never know if you will receive service from them or not.

Shutters installed in Oct 2013 and since then trying to correct the problem with installation, good luck as they had zero customer service. I shouldn't have paid full until satisfied with the product as well the installation Elegant design 100 Pertosa dr (or blinds & shutters) in Brampton.

Great service that you can trust. Used them on 3 of our homes- great prices. Great quality and great installation. Measurements are accurate and installation, QUICK and clean. The wood like blinds are the best. Durable and clean look for the price.
