I have hirred HotWire to install exterior potlghts in 2 story resedential home. Several potlights needed to be installed in the soffit without access available from the attic - a challenging area.
While other contractors start to tell you story about how difficult to make this type of installation and there is too much labor and it cost more money and bla..bla..bla.
Hotwire sales (Hanna) gave me estimate in 5 minutes over the phone with easy approach - fixed acceptable cost per potlight no matter where they need to be installed. I have scheduled an appointment for the installation and on scheduled day at 7:30 AM the crew has arrived and completed an excellent job. Teamlead Oris was able to answer all my questions regarding how, where and why, including challenging wiring options from the basement to the attic above 2nd flor.
I'm perfectionist by nature and engineer at work, and very often I have issues with constructors because they can't (or don't want) to answer my questions or they get upset if I try to communicate my opinions. This time it was not a case.
Hotwire team made my day. It was very easy to deal with them and they performed excelent and proper work.
