I hired East End General Contracting a.k.a. East End General Contracting & Roofing Ltd. a.k.a. East End Roofing from the Beach Metro in April 2011. His name is Gary in case anyone else is trying to track him down.
I gave a $300 cash deposit to him and was told the work would be complete within 1 week to 10 days, which I was comfortable with.
3 weeks went by with no work started yet so I called him and left a message. No response.
I then called each week leaving messages on his cell phone, work phone and sending text messages to his cell phone, neither of these methods will he respond to. He called me once and I missed his call, he left a message saying he would have the work done the following Monday, of course this has not happened and he again continues to not respond to calls or texts.
He has taken my money and who knows what he is doing with it, he certainly hasn't done any work to earn it.
If anyone else is trying to track him down his name is above, numbers are 416-690-2200 and 647-708-7656.
I will be contacting the police to see if there is anything they can do.
