Replace shut-off valves to outside taps.
Submitted online request to Drainworks to contact me regarding possible leakage of shutoff valves to outside taps. Received callback within 1/2 an hour, plumber (Jim) arrived within an hour of that, work was satisfactorily completed within two hours of arriving.
Very impressed with responsiveness, friendliness of initial caller and plumber, quality of work, and cleanup of job site.
