After three emergency sewer backup calls in four years, I felt it was time to do a video inspection of the sewer pipe to see if replacement was required. I got some quotes, and chose DrainWorks to do the work, as they seemed to be the most interested and thorough in their inspection of the problem. They explained the options to me, started the work when they said they would, did great work on site, and did an inspection the day after the work was done. They were very professional, and understand the value of good customer service and relationships. It was a pleasure having them on site, and I would recommend them to anyone.

- Be sure you get some quotes, even if it means paying for multiple video inspections. Although all companies recommended I do the work, some made it sound like I needed to do it NOW or risk flooding my basement anytime...this sounded somewhat like a sales job.
